When the office is unattended incoming calls are recorded.
Fax and email messages can be received at all times.

Orders
Orders can be made by post or fax. An order form is attached for your convenience. Please use botanical names for seed orders and specify the Level of seed orchard seed required. If you are uncertain on details of what you want please enquire and we will attempt to supply your needs.

Despatch
Unless instructed otherwise seed will be dispatched immediately following harvest (if not already in store).

seedEnergy cannot be responsible for seed once it leaves our premises. Ownership and responsibility passes to the purchaser when goods are handed to the carrier or to the Post Office or shipping agent.
Postage or freight is an extra charge on all goods.

Terms of Payment
For seed ex store, please forward a payment of 25% of the total with your order.
In addition to the 25% deposit, for forward orders of seed, OP and CP P. radiata, OP and MSP E. globulus, quarterly progress payments may be required.
For the balance full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Interest will be charged at 2% per month on overdue accounts.
For accounts requiring attention by a debt collection agency a fee that includes the agency commission will be charged.

Prices
Every effort will be taken to maintain advertised prices, however some seed lots will be subject to short-term price fluctuation beyond the control of seedEnergy.
Prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise shown.
All prices (for domestic sales) include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Non-Propagation
For the Higher Level genetic material purchasers will agree to the terms of a non-propagation form.

Non-Warranty
The price for seed does not include a margin covering the guaranteed performance of that seed. seedEnergy gives no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the productiveness, or description of any seeds and will not be responsible for the resultant crop.

The purchaser accepts these terms when an order is placed with seedEnergy.
